2. Purpose of the treatment

Your personal data are collected and processed by the EVO & EVA Committee exclusively for the purpose of sending communications relating to institutional activities and participation in the EVO & EVA AWARD as well as for administrative purposes. The data you provide may also be legitimately used by the EVO & EVA Committee to fulfill the legal obligations to which the EVO & EVA Committee is subject or, again, in cases where the processing is necessary for the protection of the rights of the EVO & EVA Committee and / or its assignors / assignees. The aforementioned processing purposes do not require your consent. Therefore, the processing activities to which they are underlying will be carried out following the simple provision of data by you.

The provision of data on your part is optional: however, failure to provide it will make it impossible to continue participating in the EVO & EVA AWARD.

In addition, the provision of the aforementioned personal data entails the subsequent acquisition of the same by the EVO & EVA Committee in order to send communications relating to the institutional activities of the Committee and of the participating entities and partners: CIBI SRL and ASSOCIATION LE DONNE DELL’OLIO. The communication of data will be limited to the European territory and in compliance with current legislation.
